Adeline Matton,
Founder of Accurety

Adeline began her career in real estate in 1998 selling residential and commercial properties, she currently maintains a Massachusetts and New Hampshire real estate brokers license. She has experience working with collateral valuations, real estate sales, REO services, business information and analytics, and outsourcing solutions for mortgage and servicing industries. In 2000, she joined a leading national real estate valuation company and worked in several capacities.  In her ten years with the organization she held positions as, Director of Operation, Director of Quality and Appraiser Panel Management. She gained valuable experience working closely with real estate appraisers, mortgage companies, GSE’S, and large lending institutions on servicing transactions. She is able to share her expertise in the real estate process with clients allowing them to make informed decisions.  Adeline has worked as a consultant for mortgage servicers ensuring compliance by reviewing and implementing procedures that meet GSE and company guidelines. Adeline earned her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Endicott College. She completed leadership development courses at the University of Florida and Center for Creative Development.

Elizabeth Fekete,
Director of Quality

Elizabeth has over 25 years experience in real estate valuations and sales. She has maintained a Certified General Appraisal license since inception of licensing in 1992, and a real estate salesperson license since 1982. She was the owner of a successful appraisal firm for many years and managed the Quality Department for a leading national real estate valuation company. Elizabeth has extensive experience with consulting projects and valuations in residential and commercial real estate.  Her expertise has led her to work evaluating and marketing difficult projects such as sports complexes, historic estates, cemeteries, coastal land with wetlands, food processing facilities, farms, function halls, rooming houses, nursing homes, as well as damaged, contaminated, or functionally deficient properties.  She has managed consultant projects for property tax development for government agencies and for individual property owners.  Elizabeth has significant expertise with the review of Fannie Mae post foreclosure loan analysis and identification of significant findings and value reconciliations. Her expertise with both selling and evaluating complex and unique real estate, her knowledge of current GSE’s and federal insurers lending guidelines, and as subject matter expert in Default makes Elizabeth an asset to the leadership team.
