Accurety maintains a panel of licensed real estate agents in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. There are some areas that we may not have adequate coverage. If we are unable to fulfill an order we will contact you within 24 business hours and will refund the full amount. If initial property research indicates a lack of interior property data or that property is complex, a different valuation may be required at an additional cost. An Accurety associate will contact you within 24 business hours to discuss available options and provide you the opportunity to upgrade order or cancel at no cost.

Product Description

Exterior BPO: This includes an exterior property inspection, a detailed report that describes current market data, subject data, 3 closed sales, 3 competitive listings and photos. The property condition will be based on the exterior condition of the property. The data is derived from exterior inspection, local assessor’s records, current MLS data if available, and other online databases.
Interior BPO:  An interior inspection may need to be ordered if there is a lack of public information or if the interior condition may warrant a different value. The interior report describes current market data, subject data, 3 closed sales, 3 competitive listing and photos. The data is derived from interior inspection, local assessor’s records, current MLS data if available, and other online databases

Appraiser Reviewed BPO: See BPO description. A quality control review is completed on the BPO by a licensed appraiser. The appraiser will review comparable selection, validate data and review final value. If needed, the appraiser will contact the real estate agent for additional information or corrections.

Anticipated turn times.
All days are reported as business days. If delays are expected we will notify the contact on the order to advise.

Exterior BPO: 2-3 days.

Interior BPO: A call to schedule will be made within the first 24 hours. After inspection the report will be delivered within 2 days.
