Adeline has been an active Realtor selling residential and commercial properties since 1999. She currently maintains a MA and NH Real Estate Broker’s license.
She is member of the North Shore Board of Realtors having served on the Government affairs Committee as well as the MA & NH Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. She has experience working with collateral valuations, real estate sales, REO services, business information and analytics, and outsourcing solutions for mortgage and servicing industries.
In 2000, she joined a leading national real estate valuation company and worked in several senior leadership roles. She gained valuable experience working closely with real estate appraisers, mortgage companies, GSE’S, and large lending institutions on servicing transactions.
She is able to share her expertise in the real estate process with clients allowing them to make informed decisions. Adeline has worked as a consultant for mortgage servicers ensuring compliance by reviewing and implementing procedures that meet GSE and company guidelines.
Adeline earned her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Endicott College. She completed leadership development courses at the University of Florida and Center for Creative Development. Adeline enjoys working with buyers and sellers in the North Shore and Southern New Hampshire market.
