Steve obtained his MA Real Estate Salesperson license in January 2013, after retiring from the Gloucester Fire Department where he served for over 29 years. He is an active member of the North Shore Association REALTORS® and the Massachusetts & National Association of REALTORS®. Since the early 1980’s, Steve has been an active real estate investor. He has purchased and sold many properties including single families and multifamily investment properties. Steve has developed land and renovated and sold properties in the Cape Ann area. Born and raised in Gloucester, Steve has excellent knowledge of properties and their value in the Cape Ann area (Gloucester, Rockport, Essex, and Manchester).
